Broadband and cellphone markets are growing rapidly in Brazil. The mark of multiple cellphones per habitant was reached last year and by 2014 access to the Internet will be cheap and fast.
Computer and tablets will receive tax break and the national plan for broadband Internet is to make it cost around R$30 (about US$15).
