We all know Brazil has a corrupt government. The problem is that very few people do anything against it and the ones that do go to the newspapers. (Thankfully!) Fernando Motolese has created a blog to complain against 3G phone companies for changing the offered service half way through contract. They all did the same changes at the same time.. suspicious..
